Medical Disclaimer
A Nurse's Journey provides mobile specimen collection services. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.
What We Do
A Nurse's Journey is a mobile specimen collection and service provider. Our trained staff collect specimens (such as urine, blood, oral fluid, hair, or nail samples) and perform non-invasive wellness and foot care services. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or provide clinical treatment.
Laboratory Analysis Is Performed by Third Parties
Specimen analysis, result interpretation, and medical review are performed by independent, accredited third-party laboratories and, where applicable, Medical Review Officers (MROs) or clinical partners. A Nurse's Journey does not perform laboratory testing or issue medical diagnoses.
Results are reported by the laboratory or MRO in accordance with applicable regulatory and chain-of-custody requirements. A Nurse's Journey does not control laboratory turnaround times and does not guarantee specific results.
Not a Substitute for Medical Care
Nothing on this website or provided through our services should be interpreted as medical advice or as a recommendation to start, stop, or change any medical treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about your health, medications, or medical conditions.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
Wellness Services
Our wellness laboratory testing services are designed to support health awareness and preventive monitoring. Wellness test results are not a diagnosis. If your results indicate a concern, you should follow up with a licensed healthcare provider for evaluation and guidance.
Foot Care Services
Our foot care services are nurse-led and focused on routine, non-invasive care for diabetic and elderly individuals. These services are not a substitute for podiatric medical care. Clients with active wounds, infections, or conditions requiring medical treatment should seek care from a licensed podiatrist or physician.
No Guarantee of Court Admissibility
The admissibility of any test result in a legal proceeding depends on the specific test type, the chain-of-custody procedures followed, the laboratory involved, and applicable legal requirements. A Nurse's Journey does not guarantee that any result will be accepted by a court, employer, or other authority.
