Cancellations by the Client
If you need to cancel a confirmed appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice allow us to accommodate other clients and may affect your eligibility for a refund or rescheduling.
Specific cancellation windows and any applicable fees will be communicated at the time of service confirmation.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any prepaid amount. Our services involve preparation, travel, and reserved time that cannot always be reallocated on short notice.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be subject to the same advance-notice requirements as cancellations.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, whether collection has already occurred, and the timing of the cancellation. Services where specimen collection has already occurred are generally not eligible for a refund, as laboratory processing fees may have already been incurred.

If we must cancel a confirmed appointment, we will notify you promptly and work to find an alternative time. If we cannot provide the service, any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
